Liberal Democrat Councillor for Riverside Ward Learn more

Last Wednesday I met with the designer behind the exciting new plans for the Triangle space between Tooley Street and Queen Elizabeth Street (in front of Restaurant Story).
The space has been under-utilised for too long, failing to contribute to the local amenity or add much to the street scape. That’s now set to change.
Ani Mokashiand the team at d4p have developed an exciting and inspiring scheme for the site – adding new planters and seating, and opening up the angles to encourage more people to use the space.
You can see the plans on the council’s website here. Practically everyone who responded to the public consultation was in favour and I’m looking forward to seeing these plans implemented over the coming months.
